1997 Land Rover Discovery Slow start

I turn the key and the engine turns over very slow, as though the battery is dying - put in a new battery - still the same.

Hi there,

I would be checking all the electrical connections down to the starter and checking the voltage at the starter, if all ok have the starter checked for faults.
