If it is available, it will be through the dealer's parts department. Sometimes they are not available when they list safety or emissions information that is tailored specifically to that vehicle. The manufacturer is worried you could end up with incorrect information that could lead to a lawsuit. For sure the dealer will need to know the vehicle ID number, and they might need to know the date of production. Both of those should be on the sticker on the same place on the driver's side.
