Short answer is yes, it could make a noise as you have a piston that is going up and down with no load on it so it could be slapping the cylinder wall.
However, if you have a misfire on this cylinder and a knocking noise, we need to start with removing the plug just to see what it looks like.

The P013A is just telling you that you have an o2 sensor slow to respond but that is most likely not going to cause a single cylinder misfire so I would suggest starting with the misfire.
If you have a misfire here, that may have caused the o2 sensor to fail which is causing your multicylinder misfire so let's fix the misfire and then most likely replace the o2 sensor and that should cause the P0300 to go away.
This means we need to inspect the plug and replace it since it is out. Then we need to swap the injector to another cylinder and see if the misfire moves to that cylinder.
Lastly, we need to check the compression on this cylinder and at least one more.

If you are able to get a recording of the noise as well, that would help figure out next steps after we check all this and get the compression.
