As I open the door to enter my vehicle there is a loud knocking coming from the middle of the dash. Nothing is started. As I start the car a few warning lights come on the dash and it idles very low, as the knocking keeps going a few seconds then stops, then knocks and stops. Passenger windows not working, only drivers window works. My girlfriend says she had it started and sprayed window cleaner behind glove box, and it started malfunctioning 60 seconds later.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Can you let me know what warning lights are coming on? Also, is the heater and AC working properly? Any time there is a ticking or knocking coming from the dash, I suspect an issue with one of the HVAC actuators. Take a look through this link. It in general explains how to replace what is called a blend air door actuator. However, it also describes symptoms related to the actuator. See if what you experience mirrors what is described. Also, let me know if the heat/AC is working properly.
