The brake pads are fine, but when I apply the brakes it goes straight to the floor barely stopping. When bleeding brakes it only would bleed from front right and back left but not front left and rear right. Is this the master cylinder or what could it be?

It sounds like a bad master cylinder. Try this test. Start the engine and place pressure on the brake pedal and keep it there. Does the brake pedal go to the floor slowly? Does the brake pedal actually go to the floor for you? Does it feel like the ABS is actuating?
