2001 Kia Rio mounts

The mounts are GONE. Bought 2 new ones. I know the front from the back.
There is a direction to the mounts. # 2 which is on the front of the car, drivers side and # 1 which is on the drivers side back. The rubber tabs on the mounts, do they go inside the mount supports or out. The fabrication shows that there has to be a direction. I even called a Kia tech, and they won't release the info. Can you help. Thanks. Rob
