Knocking sound when I turn right

I have a knocking sound in my car, but only when i turn right, not left. I was told that it maybe my CV Axle, but is there anything else it could be, just in case?

If it is a normal right turn, I would first suspect a cv joint. IF it is a harder turn your making I would also question the wheel bearing.
