While at a stop light, my 1999 Kia Sephia just died. The radio presets went blank. The lights flickerd. I put the car in part and strated it again. It started right up. It really scared me. This could have happened while I was actually in motion or even on the highway. I just recently had the starter replaced. What could be the issue?
