A faster and likely cheaper solution overall would be to simply have a locksmith or even the dealer use the VIN number of the car to make new keys, then because you would be replacing them you have the old keys removed from the security system and the new ones programmed in. The other option requires you to replace the ignition key cylinder, then you still need to have a smith or dealer program in the replacement keys. Plus because you don't have the keys you may damage the steering column while trying to replace it as you would need to drill out the old one, and once completed you still have no way to use the new keys in the door locks without changing them to match the replacement keys.
There is no kit available for this, you would buy the new ignition lock cylinder, then the replacement lock parts for the other cylinders and then still need to key those to fit the new keys as well.
This is why I recommend using the VIN method. You will need to provide proof of ownership and ID but from there it's usually a lot faster and less money.
Another option would be to go to a pick a part type yard and see if you can find a truck like yours that still has the key in it and remove all of the locks and cylinders from it. However you would still need to program that key into the system and if you only have one key you would need to have a second cut and programmed so the only real gain in that would be the price of one key against the labor and time to change the locks.
