How do I reprogram the keyless entry?

Vehicle listed above is an s-10? I replaced the battery but it does not work. Thank you

If the remote was working and stopped and a new battery didn't repair it then it's likely the remote has failed. They don't get programmed as such, they are synced and once that is done they will work until the remote fails or the system in the vehicle fails.
However you can try to re-sync the remote. To do so you need the remotes you wish to sync and a short piece of wire.
First thing is to find the ALDL connector under the dash, now take the piece of wire and jump from pin 8 to pin 4. This should cause the door locks to cycle from lock to unlock as it enters syncing mode. Now take the remote(s) you have and press and hold the lock and unlock buttons down until you hear the locks cycle (usually takes about 15-20 seconds) repeat this on all of the remotes you have. If you have more than one you need to do them all as the system erases all that were learned when it enters sync mode.
Now remove the jumper wire. Test each remote to verify it operates. If they all work then you are done.
