We have the car listed above standard. Our car stalls all the time. It doesn't matter if it's in gear or not or push on the gas or brake. It just stalls all the time. It will start back up. We have changed the PCV valve. The only time it does not stall is when we start it and it's neutral. Any suggestions? Never runs hot. Starts with no problem.

Hi,

If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned for diagnostic trouble codes. Most auto parts stores will do it free of charge.

If the light isn't on, pay attention to the engine RPM seed. With the vehicle in gear, idle speed should be approximately 600 RPMs. With it in neutral, it should be approximately 750 RPMs.

Also, I need you to check for engine vacuum leaks.

Here is a leak that will help explain how that is done:

Let me know if you find anything. If not, the next step will be to service the throttle body and the idle air control valve.

Take care,
