In theory is accurate. Might be easier to swap the bodies.?!
Things that can be a hassle are the wiring harnesses, pcm/bcms etc. Drivetrain issues-different trans or driveshafts.
I would think about selling or swapping it for a V6 if it were me.

You need to spend some time comparing wiring schematics and part numbers. They have an estimator that gives this. IF things seem to align okay regarding this it may be okay.
There was a guy that swapped a 1.9 sohc with a 1.9 dohc. Final result was that it couldn't be done when it was changed due to a wiring incompatiblility.
