See my profile. Not familiar w/ your rig. Saw your answer was slow, so I jumped in.

A manual for your rig, might work wonders for you, about $30 at Autozone or Advance Auto!

I traveled to 'Zone/ Advance/ Napa online, Pics not good enough to see bleeder.

Definitly need to bleed, how did the old one work?

Maybe its just a shipping, rubber cap, over bleeder.

At minimum, TRY THIS make-shift method:

!St Body, PUMPS Clutch 10-12 times, on last stroke, HOLDS to floor.

2nd Body breaks Line/ Hose loose on Slave (furtherest down the line, from clutch master cylinder). Letting AIR/ fluid expell, (at least, this far down the line).

As soon as sputter stops, tighten hose back up.

Then alert 1st body, to pump 10-12 times and HOLD, again,

Do this over and over, until you are satisfied NO MORE AIR WILL COME OUT.

Keep RESERVOIR, FULL AT ALL TIMES ! ! !

Let me know whats going on.

May share some cool CJ mods with you, when you return,

Love, Turddog
