I have a jeep wrangler 1992 4.0 engine manual transmission. The problem is that the temperature goes up when going over 65 miles (up to 3/4), I have the engine rebuilt (this happened before this too), new radiator, new thermostat, new water pump, I replace the fan to an electrical system, and there is no obstruction for the air to flow in the front. Other wear issue is that the manifold goes red hot when over 2500 RPM. I replace the distributor too, but now I was told that this could be because of a bad computer, any ideas of what can be wrong or if it's possible to be cause by the computer?

Was the same head used when you had engine rebuilt
u need to find if it was checked
had similar issue head was no good

computer does not control the coolant system specially u had installed an electric coolant fan
so I would say its not the computer

exhaust manifold turning red?
Check firing order, timing, and for misfire
check exhaust back pressure and catalytic converter

It looks like all is ok, I spoke with a mechanic and he use a diagnostic computer and he said that after 2500 rpm the engine timing goes to 0 degrees, can this cause both issues, the overheathing at high speed and manifold to turn red hot?
