1990 Jeep Wagoneer Horrible Rust

I want to know if it is possible to fix my Jeep. I bought it from a guy who lied to me about its conidition. He swore up and down it had NO RUST. In reality, the entire chassis or undercarriage including wheel, etc are all rusted out. I had my local mechanic look at it and he said it is not safe to drive. Is it possible to fix this? Replace a chassis on this Jeep? I live in Houston, TX. Is there anyone around me that could help?

You can get the chasis out of another model the same as yours and use that, but thats alot of hassle, I would get a new vehicle and go after the guy that sold you that vehicle with lemon laws.
