2000 Jeep Grd. Ckee - Transmission to Eng. Bolts

I am having an awful time accessing the top two (presumingly) Transmission to Engine bolts on my 2000 Jeep Grd CKEE. I am removing the engine and have all the transmission bolts out except the very top two.

Is there an access cover from inside the truck? Under the dash/counsil?
