1996 Other Jeep Models Blowing hot air like from the heater

This is on a grand cherokee limited w/ climate control
The compressor is running and the lines show frost on them but the fan inside is blowing and it fill like it's coming from the heater. Also I tried putting a can of freon in it and it did not take any of the can.
