Ok, I started out by looking at all the fuses I have after I smelt something burning. As I scanned through them with my manual at hand, I noticed my Blower Motor fuse is literally melted away, with nothing but the metal left. Still connected(Not Blown.) It's a 30AMP Fuse, so I changed it out, only with the same result a few weeks later. So I recently changed it to a 25AMP Fuse, a little less melting, but still, it's melting. I not have a 20AMP Fuse in the cavity, and I'm hoping it stops sometime soon, yet I know Automotive problems just don't go away. The only thing in that cavity is the Blower Motor, however there are a few wires running into the Fuse Block, but not into the Blower Motor cavity. The Blower Motor tends to whine at times, I believe it may be bad bearings in it, so it's could be that the Motor is bad, and needs replacement, yet it's still works, but pulling more amps to keep it running. That's the only thing I can think of. I've check for shorts in the line, and I've replaced the Fuse enough times to know it's just not a faulty fuse. Is there a reason that this could be happening? The Jeep has just over 150,000 miles on it, and is a Inline 6 4.0 Engine.
