2006 Jeep Liberty Car not in use

I am looking at buying this Jeep. But I just realized that it has only been drvien about 8 miles in the past year. Could there be concerns with the car sitting so long and not being used?

It should be fine if it has only been a year. Sometimes gaskets will dry out and leak, or the fuel will go bad. Drive it and check for leaks. If everything looks ok, it should be ok. If it sat for much longer than an year, these things would be more of a concern.
