When I checked in service manual they said v6 engine has 4 oxygen sensors.

Upstream
1. Right Upstream sensor (2/1)
2. Left Upstream sensor (1/1)

Downstream:
3. Left Downstream sensor (1/2)
4. Right Dwonstream sensor (2/2)

I don't remember the cylinder location on this engine, but bank one is the head with #1 cylinder at the front.

If this were my vehicle, I would replace both upstream o2 sensors. The computer is set up to display this code when the sensor signal is at 15% variance from standard reading. (If vehicles operated at 100% they'd constantly set check engine lights). O2 sensors fatigue and are a overlooked part of a tuneup. If one needs replaced, the other is probably not far behind. It may already be operating at 10% less than the efficiency of new, and the computer will not alert you to this until it hits that 15% threshold.
