If you take it to a dealer, assuming that you have not already, they will be able to narrow it down for you faster and it will cheaper for you in th elong run. From what you have described, it may be an 02 sensor even though you have already replaced one. If you bought one from certain auto parts dealers, they are known to be bad right out of the package. The reason why I say that this is your problem is that an o2 sensor can be bad but not trigger the check engine light necessarily. When you start the engine up, the loop may not close when it should and that would explain the delay between starting and then in 15 minutes, it is running ok. Also, you TPS may do the same too ad may not set your check engine light off as it starts to go bad. If your TPS is bad, you may notice that your torque converter kicks in and out sometimes. To check this you may want to get an ohm meter and wiggle the wires as they go into the sensor. Hope these ideas help.
