1996 Jeep Laredo water in my car

Since about august, I have been finding water in my car. After it rains I find the front passenger floor soaking wet, or if i'm parked on an incline there will be a puddle in the space under my rear passenger seat where the jack sits. There is no water anywhere else in the car, and no other carpeting is wet, and the space between the front and rear where the water is found is not wet. The door seals are good there are no holes that I can see, any ideas?
