Your catalytic converter may be plugged or it may be a sensor that has gone bad or a plugged fuel filter, or a timing issue. Best thing you can do if you are not good at diagnosing your vehicle is to take it to a good mechanic or have someone who is come over and look at it or you may just end up blowing money on parts you may not need. A better explaination of your vehicle's symptoms would help give us a better idea of what is going on. Did this just happen out of the blue or was there other problems with your vehicle before this, and other details would be helpful too.
