Grand Cherokee starting

I have a 94 grand cherokee laredo V6 that will barely turn over and start. I had the battery checked and it's fully charged. Could this be a starter or alternator related problem?

Check all connections at battery, alternator and starter. Could be the starter is slipping due to the overruning clutch in it.
