2002 Jeep Cherokee steam coming from heater on outside

When I have my heater on steam comes out from under the front of the hood. It does not affect the heat but it gets embarressing to pull up somewhere
and all the steam coming out the front. Got any suggestions?

Look for a leak. If it is steaming in the front, you may have a small leak that is letting coolant land on the hot engine/radiator. This can eventually become a bigger problem
