I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8 automatic with 103,500 miles with Quadradrive. I notice a jerk in the transmission when it downshifts. When I accelerate there is no jerking or hard shifting, it is only when the car decelerates. It's not the brakes. When I come to a stop there is a significant jerk each time the car downshifts. Also, when I shift in and out of park there is a significant jerk there too. Could this be a transmission problem?
