Yesterday the instrument cluster showed the check engine light, then the airbag light and nothing else worked. Where the odometer is was something like buSr5 (i think). Going down the road the power door locks would make noise intermittently. The instrument cluster was completely intermittent. The tach would work but not the speedometer. Half of the guages would work or nothing would work.
Today the instrument cluster seems to have returned to normal except the check engine light is still on but the rest of the cluster is working.
Now the powder door locks are inop.
Is there a relay that might be common to both the power door locks and the instrument cluster? Thank you for your help.

Looks like the igniton switch is all they share. Get a test light, Check fuse 15 and for power at circuit breaker 28. If all good, then you will need to remove the right front power window switch and test for power at the tan wire adn the red wire to be sure it is making it to the switch. BTW exactly which Cherokee is this?
