Ive been pulling my 18' flats boat behind my jeep and it seems like it struggles a little should I change the gears in the rear end and if so what gears do I put in it

I would advise against doing so
as you have to do the front too or your 4X4 truck will hub like a rabbit driving down the road
also by changing the gear ratio your speedometer will change in turn will effect the ABS and tranny shifting
