Can I replace the rear wheel studs (one has broken off on the right rear) on my 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport without pulling the axle?

If it has rear drums then the studs can be removed by using a c-clamp and socket to press it out. If equipped with disc brakes then outer wheel bearing must be removed first which does require pulling axle shaft. Studs will have to be removed using an arbor press OR carefully driving them out using a blunt drift.
