i've change hub bearing but the clicking noise continue

This noise comes from the brake pads having to much play on the spindle as you release the brake pads they move up and down causing a cliking noise remove the calipers and libricate the guides and spray brake quiet on the back of the pads and try, if the problem continues then replace both spindles.
