Hi Nick.
I would ask you to please re-read your question, and to please re-write it. I am having a hard time following what you are asking.
As to your Idle issue, I would start by getting a spray can of THROTTLE BODY cleaner. (Do not use carburetor cleaner).
Now with an old tooth brush and the engine of, remove the air boot off the throttle body, oak down the throttle blade(Both sides) and scrub the coke of it.
Once it is all loosed up. Start up the engine and rinse the throttle clean.
Be sure to do this outside in a well vented area.
