1997 Jeep Cherokee miss

I have a dead miss on the front cylinder. Checked compression about 115 on alll except front cylinder about 50 lbs. It ran hot, maybe warped valve? The plug is firing. Any quick fix?

Do a wet test if it rises its a ring problem remains low valves-or perform a cylinder leakdown test if you have the tester-There's no easy fix for a cylinder that's leaking compression has to be torn apart.
