My car has been sitting in my garge for 6 months now and when I start my car, I put the jeep in reverse and give it gas, but it doesn't move.I then put the jeep in drive and give it gas and it doesn't move either. Any ideas? Also, I noticed the exhaust pipe leaking something. What could that be?

Exhaust is probably just excessive water from condensation, I wouldn't worry about that, once it heats up it will probably dissapate.

The brakes are probably locked up. (Be sure the emergency brake is not on.) Moisture on the pad to rotor surface wll create a temporary bond. In some cases it takes a heavy foot to get them to budge.
