1996 Jeep Cherokee misfire

My 5.2 liter v8 misfires in all cylinders it shakes when stopping n starting out up hill but does not stall I replaced the plugs wires cap and rotor less than 2 months ago when it was doing this now it started again what could it be?

How is the IAC motor? Check it's function.
