How do you remove and replace a leaf spring bushing?

Are you refering to the one in the shackle?

No. Not the shackle. The one at thr front of the rear leaf spring. Do they press out?If so how can I do this without a press?

The rubber bushing in there will push out, but it won't be easy to get out. It will be rusted and corroded in place. Many times I have had to take a torch to the outside of the springt and heat it so it would expand enough to loosten the bushing.
