Recently, when I turn my heater or wipers on quickly, all of the rest of the electrical system goes out (radio, headlights, etc.), But the car stays running. If I turn the car off and back on (maybe a few times) and ease into the heat, I can get all things to run as normal. The radio keeps it's time and stations programmed, so I'm don't believe it's the fuses. Please help. Thanks.

It sounds like either a ground problem or the ignition switch. Check for broken, rusted. Body ground straps. Check under the jeep. I believe there is one that is attached to the trans that goes to the body that commonly goes bad. Check it out and let me know what you find.
