1994 Jeep Cherokee not all vents are working

all i have is the main vents working no defrost or floor for my heater im not sure if there is something stuck in it or if i need to replace something

Start by checking for vacuum leaks. The vent door actuators are actuated by engine vacuum. If there is a leak, you will have trouble.
