1993 Jeep Cherokee Any suggestions will be greatly apprecia

My car is doing 2 obvious things. At a stop light when you are stopped it will randomly rev its self and lung forward slightly. Then when you are driving it will randomly slow down (when you are pushing the gas) and the gas pedal will make a click noise and you can also feel the click under your foot. It does it randomly not just in 1 gear. Please help

Is your check engine light on, if so what are the codes? The clicking is most likely a switch/relay that is closing and opening when it should be staying closed (or open). Test the relays out. Also check for faulty vacuum hoses under hood, this could cause the reving issue.
