After starting and driving a short distance, the idle speed never goes below 1000 rpm. When I put it in park or neutral it reves up to about 1800 rpm. I have changed the ldle relay, map sensor, and cleaned and the idle control valve. The throttle postion sensor was changed about a year and a half ago. Any ideas.
