There is not one thing that would cause this issue but we need to start with this guide. It will help us figure out possible causes.

If we need to we will need to monitor the draw on the battery. Do this by putting your meter on amp and take the negative battery cable off and connect one lead to the cable and the other to the battery post. This way the current from the vehicle is running through the meter so we can see how many amps are there. You should have .025 or less amps or in other words, 25 milliamps.
If you have more then this, we need to remove fuses until this is down under this level.
