water in my engine

I have water in my engine where the sparks are at and I cannot figure out why the water keeps going into the engine and every time i drive it steam comes out and my mechanic has replace everything and it still doing the same thing please help

hello, did your mechanic replace the covers for the spark plugs if he did not. have them replaced this should take car of the problem let me know if it helps thanks pat
