I changed the oil in the car and it now has a rough idle. I had to remove a support arm in front of the oil filter and the throttle cable is directly behind it. I believe that some how the base idle was compromised because now it wants to idle low and rough. I cannot find any hoses loose and as soon as I raise the idle above 700 rpm the roughness goes away. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The problem was the crossover tube from the egr valve from the right side of the engine to the left side at the lower part of the throttle body. The mounting nuts had backed off and I must have jostled the tuve enough to allow a very slight vacuum leak that was on ported vacuum that rarely showed up but was enough of a nusance to mess with the MAF sensor readings but not enough to turn on an engine light or set a code.
