Power steering

My 1999 Jaguar XJ8 started geting harder to steer. I changed the power steering pump and this did not help. What do I do next?

Hello, first is it steering hard in the morning only when cold or is it all the time.
Second. The car has a power steering assist solenoid and if it is not working will make you think the power steering is not working. Hope this helps you
