Hello,

I have a 93 Jaguar XJ6 the check engine light has come on the code is fuel17 failed17. Tha car seems to be running fine, can you tell me what this code is? Thanks

According to my list, 17 is "throttle potentiometer". This could be a phantom incident. Clear the code and see if it comes back over time. If it does, you may want to look at the TPS.
