 I have a XJ6. When I start the engine the car runs rough. Sometimes after a while it seems to work itself out and runs fine and othe times it won't stay started at all. Could the catalytic-converter cause this? Any other suggestions as to what I should check for?

Thank you

Lisa

hey lisa,

didn't your daddy tell you if you were going to buy a jag to buy two, because one would always be in the shop. best to call autozone ask if they can scan the computer for codes, it could be a number of things. clogged air filter, fuel filter, o2 sensor, get the scan and take the guess work out....good luck girl..vandragon
