Thank you very kindly for your response to my question and Thank You for your help I did find the inline fuel filter to be on the passenger side of the motor tucked in towards the front alongside the carbuerators and down in a cranny this I believe is not where it was originally located and due to the weather I have not gotten under the car yet (I have no garage) and wouldn't doubt to find that where the original filter (as you said in the metal lines) is probably patched with rubber hose or some other makeshift configuration. I did remove and clean the filter and added some octane to the gas (it has set for quite awhile I believe is part of the problem) and the car runs a little chuggy but consistent I now need to rewire the passenger brake light and I suppose make some red tape brake light cover disks to fit into the spot where the red lens goes (the original orange triangle pieces are in tact but the red lens part is missing so when you step on the brakes it is only orange light.) And maybe I'll fix the turn signals first but maybe not and I think its a runner (hope)
Thank you again and if you come across where I can get those wiring diagrams for free please drop me a line
Thank you for your time and imput
