While the car is still not warmed up the AC and blower work perfectly fine, after the car has warmed up the AC/Blower system shuts down and indicator lights for the 4X4, Battery and Brake will come on. After turning the car off but not letting it cool down and re-start the system (AC/Blower) will not work, if the car is left to cool down and re-started it will work again for about 5-10min and do the same. While this happens nothing else (electrical or other) is malfunctioning.

Hi Moucherons,

Thank you for the donation.

Symptoms indicates a possible fault with the ignition switch. When it heats up, it would fail in one of the circuits. Check if the switch is heated up when the problem occurs.

The issue was the alternator. These cars do not like cheap re-built units the diodes inside tend to fail aftr a couple of months of operation and could send a faulty signal to the ECU which will shut down anything that is drawing excessive power (i.E AC/Blower System). I replaced the alternator and everything is working again. Thanks anyway enjoy the donation. :)
