My 2002 Isuzu Rodeo began shaking about 2 months ago. I was in nearing the end of my tire life, so I took it in to get new tires, alignment, and balanced. I also replaced my rotors and brake pads for good measure. The car continues to shake. All of my joints are tight, tie rods look good, and the rack and pinion sounds like it is moving correctly.
When driving at low speeds up to 60mph, I do not notice anything wrong, but when I hit 65 +, the front end of the vehicle shakes. The steering wheel really gets going, and I can feel it under my feet. Passengers have also felt the vibrations. Your previous posts on similar issues indicate tires, alignment, balancing, and CV joint issues. I do not believe it is any of the obove.
Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

If we look at the basics of your problem, the vibration at speed, this is indicating to me that you still have an out of balance rotating shaft or mass balance, it may be inducing a vibration in the suspension via loose or worn bushes, the body vibration can usually be caused by a rear end problem or drive line issues, usually faulty uni's or at worst a shaft balance problem, I would not presume at anything already done is correct, start with checking tyres, wheel bearings, suspension, steering drive shafts, anything that is turning at speed, start here.
