isuzu rodeo wont start

i have a 1995 isuzu rodeo 5spd about 150,000 miles the engine doesnt turn over when you yurn the key everything appears to work but the starter. also the keyless entry is not working

Start by checking all fuses with a test light. Then test the small wire at the starter when in crank position to see if it is getting trigger from the ign switch

the vehicle will start if i push it off and the alarm will not cut off i think all i need to do is reset the alarm ? please help
