How does a periodic maintenance work done in the smoother F transmission (automated manual transmission)? The transmission fitted in my truck was I think the first generation Isuzu smoother F transmission as the gear shift lever is the usual manual gear shift lever (1-2-3-4-5-6-R). It is not the new lever with (P-D-R +/-).
I cannot find any automatic transmission fluid reservoir. How can I perform periodic maintenance checks on my truck?

Are you saying there is no way to check the transmission fluid? If there is no dip stick, there has to be a bolt on the side of the transmission where it is checked and filled from.

Okay, I will check on it. Also, if I want to drain and replace the differential fluid/oil what type of fluid/oil should I use? Shall I use ATF?

Check your owner's manual to be sure, but will be a type of gear lube like GL5. The differential does not take ATF.
